The FCP's management objective is to achieve a return equal to or greater than €STR capitalized, after deducting management fees, transaction costs and the costs of implementing passive management techniques. Depending on market conditions, particularly in the event of very low eurozone money market interest rates, the return generated by the FCP may not be sufficient to cover management fees. The net asset value of the mutual fund could thus fall structurally, adversely affecting the fund's performance and jeopardizing the preservation of invested capital.
